Return Policy

We hope that you love all your purchases from The Lily Pad Boutique! 

However, we understand that sometimes you may need to return a purchase. Online purchases are eligible for a refund only if returned within 14 days of your receipt of the purchase. After this timeframe, your item would not be eligible for a return. 

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Options are USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

Please include the packing slip with your return. The packing slip is included in the bag with your purchase and has all of your information and order number on it.

Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 days for us to process your return. Once processed, your original payment method will be refunded for the total of your returned item.

Items purchased during a sale are FINAL SALE.

Items must be in perfect condition to be accepted for return. Items with deodorant or makeup stains can not be refunded.
